Not only was she thorough in her intake process, she took the time to learn about my mom’s needs, our priorities and values as a family, and helped us identify aspects of her care needs we hadn’t even thought of yet. Her ability to design a “tailor made” list of placement options within hours was a huge relief during an incredibly stressful and uncertain time. She undoubtedly saved us WEEKS of work and spinning our wheels, which allowed us to focus on choosing the best option quickly and efficiently. Her personal attention and experience during the process was such a comfort and a helpful resource, as “you don’t know what you don’t know” until you get there. Words can not describe what a gift she has been to our family, and her ability to make my mom’s transition so smooth was invaluable. I don’t know how any family could navigate this process without her!
